Impossible to get a cargo nominated to a clearing agent. Whoever answers phone tells that he is a warehouse worker and knows nothing about anything. And this is a difficult situation with only one phone number on offer and no other means to contact this blasted agent.

Wow, what a surprise to see terrible reviews already, unsurprising as this is one of the worst "customer service" experiences I've had to date, terrible start to moving to London! Hopefully not every company as bad as this. They do absolutely nothing to help you, charge you the moment your luggage sits on their premises any longer than 48 hours (which they fail to notify you about-sorry, I lie, they call a number that relates to our hotel when we have specifically requested an email as we are not even certain who that number belonged to but we were required to provide a UK number)-we got charged an extra £98 for 1 piece of luggage because we didn't know how to action it when it arrived, crazy! When the next shipment came through we thought we would take quick action and avoid making the same mistake (charges they refused to credit the first time), only for them to delay our shipment cos of incompetencies on their end, "systems being down" or something just as ridiculous?! Yet I'm sure they would not have hesitated to charge us for not arranging payment, even with their systems being down and making it impossible for them to release the goods - yet no compensation offered to us for holding on to our goods 1 day longer! Is this a government organisation?? How are they still even in business?! We're still waiting 2 months later for someone to get back to us for a conversation, despite regular follow ups from our end requesting a callback. Clearly don't give a s**t. You guys suck. I'm sure this is no surprise to you though.

Well, where can I start. Maybe with not allowing visitors, like us, drivers to use toilets. 3 hrs waiting time in no peak last time, rude loaders,

Dnata is a freight company who handle air freight for various Airlines I have moved here from DHL Supply Chain Colnbrook far better work environment where as DHL have lost their contract for catering British Airways dnata are expanding the business

My advice , wide birth comes to mind ,great experience sitting in the blistering heat
Waiting for freight to come out,
I could think of a lot better things to do ,
Waiting for these people

Very slow process, been told all gates are full even though i was parked there 3 gates were free next to me.

Helpful staff, process is easy , parking is good 👌

If you are picking a cargo and waiting 3 hours there are no facilities for your comfort such TOILET!!! Or maybe there is one but not for customers !!!
