Not happy at the moment
Left due to bad wages and the whole place is falling apart. Until they sort themselves out avoid like the plaque. Shame really had quite a good few years there now it's garbage.

Great staff little waiting for loading depending the booking time early or late

My partner has worked here since January 2022. He had a seizure at work & of course was off work for a while to recover. His manager assured us he would be looked after & would recieve sick pay. He had recieved nothing. They have treated him appallingly, he has been without money since May, we are nearly in August. Arla treat their staff very very badly, honestly avoid this place. They dont value their employees or the feelings of their employees, they only care about getting results & numbers. I have never had an experience like this with a workplace, absolutely disgusting.

It is a great working place and a bit chilled environment inside, The staff and colleagues are great and the pay is reasonable for the work you do and basically it's a dairy products cold storage warehouse. Best place in the UK

For all drives visiting this place,there is shop in restaurant , where you can get cheap arla product retail price.

This company going down people complain for exPCL later Arla but now Xpo beat them both. Family business for friends doesn't matter if you don't know English.
