Booked in at 07.50 turned up 45 mins early no problem straight in tipped and paperwork in 45 mins.

Bad delivery point turned away as 25 minutes early then had to wait for shift change over then after then finished the usual20 mins chat . Took over 3 hours to tip as they had no room ,awful excuse from an awful place .... avoid or maybe get staff that can do job and organise it

Gone downhill quick! Stricter with arrival times than they were and slower to unload too so lose lose. Not let in a minute early but its OK to keep you waiting for multiple hours.

Too too slow ,they have taken an hour to tip off 16 pallets and 1.30 hours to just check nd paperwork

These places should by now have the tipping down to a fine art. You can't come before booking time so theoretically it should run like clockwork but it doesn't. Wait ages for green light and even longer for paperwork, place is a mess. It's the same with ASDA. Sainsbury's and Tesco never keep me waiting longer than 1 hour for full load. Asda I have waited 5 hours for half a load on many occasions. They make it so complicated. Tesco don't even need any paperwork. This place is stuck in the 90s

Waiting for a bay for over an hour,

To get on a bay and be there for another 3 hours,
6 pallets to be tipped...

Completely shocking

Easy delivery but had to bite my tongue when the Eastern European lad with bad attitude came out giving instructions had to tell him about manners etc idiot
