Seeing as I don't get to speak to or communicate with the people who work for and run this business in person, it's hard to express what a good service they have run throughout my time as a customer - with them being made aware of it. So I'm doing so with this Google review. Only yesterday I requested for an order of vinyl, built up over three or so weeks (reserves), to be sent out to me. Then I received them within 24 hrs, well inside scheduled time slot. A great selection still and it's like modern day crate digging. Check the online shop out to find out for yourselves if haven't already.

Swift and friendly service, great selection.

Seen the odd bad review on trustpilot but not many in comparison to the very good reviews so wanted to emphasis my very good experience. I ordered while still on holiday and record arrived before I got home (within about 48 hours of ordering) only experienced this speed from juno. Record was limited via discogs but red eye produced the goods. Awesome online record store highly recommend red eye. Will no doubt be back to them again soon!

These guys are the best! Always great service. Even one time when I ordered something quite niche and rare with the supply chain issues that have effected everyone, they kept in touch and kept me up to date and I knew however long I had to wait I was in good hands and would get what I wanted as soon as possible

Been dealing with Redeye since before the turn of the century after the demise of my local record store. I have made countless orders. Artists, labels and trends have come and gone. Still haven't had a single problem. 'Best tunes and service, ask anyone who knows' on a sticker was what drew me in. Tom, you and the team are legends.
