DO NOT USE or TRUST - Awful experience. Ordered a chair on next day delivery as couldn't work due to bad back, it didn't arrive. I was promised it on the following working day (3 days late as over a weekend) it didn't arrive. I asked for compensation due to delay, they agreed to this/partial refund so I accepted the chair the following day when it was delivered 4 days late (in which time I could have got another one delivered by a different company) then they said no compensation and a 10% charge if I sent it back!!!!!!!!!
