I have always found Excelsior to be well stocked with a large variety of items. The prices are competitive and the quality is very good. All of the staff are friendly, helpful and will go out of their way to help. We'll deserved 5 stars.

I have been using Excelsior for over 20 years and the choice and quality of goods has always been good. Yvonne, Rich and the rest of the team are always very helpful, be it an on-line order or an actual visit to the warehouse, but just recently Rich went above and beyond when an order, which included an oasis base needed for a funeral order did not arrive as expected, this was not Excelsior's fault but that of the delivery firm, however Rich contacted the delivery firm, and got them to pick up and deliver it the same day, which enabled me to get the floral tribute completed in time for the funeral. Excellent service.

I contacted Excelsior wholesale with regard to purchasing two 90cm Heart shaped wreaths which are normally collection only, Richard put himself out to ensure the two wreaths travelled safely to me all nicely boxed, I was blown away at the quality of the wreaths and the service given. I recontacted Richard and again he put himself out to find a large enough box so that I could purchase another pair of 90cm cotton wreaths.They traveled safely through the storms arriving with me fast and safe. The wreaths like all I have bought are 100% top quality and I can honestly say the service is 100% perfect Thank you Richard and Excelsior it’s been perfectly straight forward no hassle sales on each occasion. I am 100% highly delighted and happily recommend Excelsior Wholesale to every one.

Found this company whilst searching for somewhere that sells a good range of ribbons and things needed for making wreaths. Ordered for the first time and can honestly say I was not disappointed, quality was amazing and very affordable. And arrived quickly and well packaged. Will definitely be ordering from here again.
