Have now sent 3 email 're a purchase I have received but have had no response back!!!

Purchased via eBay. Requested cancellation of order before dispatch and was told this would be done and would receive refund. No refund given and any requests I sent for information were ignored. Terrible customer service! Do not waste your time and money.

I am very surprised to read good reviews of this company. Our first order for dog food was placed and the box arrived with all contents in complete disarray, trays upturned and many tins badly dented (some pictured). This could be the courier's carelessness, of course. However, attempting to contact the company has proved very difficult. Nobody answers the phone and one email response has led to nothing further. Why so elusive? Needless to say, this was the first and certainly the last time we will use PetMonkey. Disappointing all round.
