Screwfix Distribution Centre DC3

Had to give it 1 star, it wouldn't let me write anything otherwise. So basically they've given themselves that 1 star.
Ordered 2 items on "click and share", 1 item in within minutes. Still waiting for 2nd item 30 hrs later. They could have told me there was a wait, I'd have gone somewhere else. Pathetic customer service.

You must have enough working time before you arrive there !!!

Very quick and kind staff.

Absolute joke off a place. Won't even accept delivery's 30mins early.

Very friendly and helpful staff well laid out and 10 out of 10 to goods in team to which nothing is to much and goods in office make the visit worthwhile ,the shunters will always help and h&s second to none credit to all who work there

Surprisingly friendly rdc .. clean toilet available for drivers ..
