Highly competitively priced and offering multichannel fulfillment across many of the leading e-commerce sites (Shopify, Amazon, Onbuy etc), Storeship are able to offer us the complete solution for our inventory management. Importantly for us, staff are very responsive to support enquiries when needed and go beyond expectation in their level of service. Highly recommended for any e-commerce sellers.

Used StoreShip for 2 years, 95% of promises were never honored. Paul is an absent owner, customer service agents last a few months each. Most Mondays orders don’t get shipped. Warehouse people are mysteriously always sick (and many other excuses). We caught them on many lies after verifying their statements with Royal Mail or customers. Our eBay account went from top rated plus to below standard. Only use them if your business is a hobby and won’t suffer from any of the above. After reading their other reviews I’m sure they will be as sneaky with their response as they were about their lacking performance, don’t let it fool you.

We moved our fulfilment over to Storeship after a bad experience with one of their "competitors". The service they provide is outstanding, and a cut above the rest. Orders are shipped out fast with a 100% accuracy rate so far. Their pricing is extremely competitive and transparent too, with a complete breakdown of costs and order/inventory analytics accessible from the online account they create for you.
