Excellent place to work if you’re willing to work.
I've been working here for over 8 years (could say I'm institutionalised) but the benefits and pay are more than enough for the tasks you're required to do. You'll meet some great people working here and they'll become friends and family in the years served. Targets are easily achieved if you work consistently, smarter and not harder. Managemt varies, I've had some excellent peers and some terrible. Luck of the draw but there's a high turnover of staff so there's always new opportunity and growth.

Great place once you know how it works, great staff on gate house always friendly with helpful.

Big building but nothing for drivers, small canteen with very few chairs and tables for drivers, no much facilities provided to HGV drivers, not Amazon standard. Tight parking

Personal with an arrogant attitude, provocative, who does not do his job... leave the impression that they are disturbed by your presence and do not hesitate to humiliate you. When you get to the gate, they check you sometimes for 20 minutes... they go around the truck as if they want to buy it... then after a time you enter their yard... they rush you. They snatch your keys from your hand, They don't let you -check your trailer, to prepare your documents, they hurry you to leave the yard.
I think it wouldn't hurt to take a periodic psychological test!!!

I rarely found ok staff who did their job well, and that person was a woman.

The worst place that I have ever worked in my life; horrible, deluded, self-important managers, along with mind-numbing work.
I am giving them 5 stars however, as they gave me the motivation to finish my engineering degree with a 1st and get a tech job. I will always look back on my time here and feel grateful about where I am now!

Why does Amazon repeatedly insist on using DPD to deliver parcels. They’re incapable of locating their own genitalia let alone the correct delivery address. Amazon customer service staff seem completely unconcerned when we complain about DPD’s idiocy, and try to blackmail us with offensive £5 account credits LIKE LADYS OF THE NIGHT.

I’m honestly uncertain which organisation is more incompetent - Amazon or DPD.

Please just terminate DPD’s contract and let their very special delivery drivers all rest in peace.

You are not allowed to stay in a cab. They made me wait nearly 2h in cold , noisy room. This not how.drivers should rest. Avoid,avoid,avoid. Dogs are treated more humane then drivers in this " rest room"

Good place to work. Transport is a issue though.
