Yesterday I received my M1951 fishtail parka. Absolutely spot . Fits well , great item. Rhiannon was very helpful in the sales process. Delivery was delayed by a couple of days due to DHL so not Epics fault. Would definitely recommend.

I've purchased from Surplus stores all over the UK. Epic is the best. Their aftersales customer service is unmatched, if there's a problem, email them and they'll reply promptly, or call them. Items are also in good condition and their listings are honest, unlike some other surplus stores.

I'd also like to thank Morgan for entertaining many of my requests in my orders, he's been very patient. Don't think you can find better customer support than these guys. They know how to run a business and it's evident in how they treat their customers.

Didn't receive my exchange and was given a refund instead.

Helmet sizes aren't linear, one size will be too big and the size down too small - very confusing.

Forced to pay for returning items - bad practice for any business that purports to be a reputable company.

Again I say it and eveytime I mean it epic , helpfull just the best , I've been using epic for 2 yrs or so never let me down

Berry horrible. I had a package that I ordered and I ordered it about 2 weeks before I needed it. I now need it and it hasn’t arrived. I’ve emailed,called but no one replies. One of my projects are now completely ruined because someone didn’t care to reply to a simple question
