I called on Monday and had a visit the next day!
He gave me a time window and arrived well within that window.
He diagnosed the problem in minutes and had the part in his van. Within 45 minutes the machine was working again! I found him to be be informative and polite and very professional.
I highly recommend AAJ washing machine services and will be using them again for sure!

Tony at AAJ Washing Machine Services is absolutely fantastic. He always answers the phone promptly and then attends to investigate the problem at the earliest opportunity he can, which is usually in less than 24 hours. He always comes up with a cost-effective and sensible solution to washing machine and tumble dryer problems. When he can't repair an item, he immediately says so. I can highly recommend his punctuality, professionalism and technical knowhow. Who needs expensive warranties when you can call Tony!

My year-old washing machine started leaking just after the warranty had expired. Hotpoint wanted £170 to come out. Called Tony at AJJ he popped over the next day, diagnosed the problem - faulty door gasket - and repaired for £100. Saving me £70. He's courteous, experienced and above all professional. I would not hesitate to use Tony again or recommend him.

I was shocked about the customer service I received. My washing machine broke and I called to enquire how much it would cost me to fix it. I was quoted £150. I said I need to think about it as my washing machine was cheap and cost just £200. The guy said ''right, job done, bye bye" and hung up! Not the most pleasant start of the day!
