Rented a skip from Norris, first time I have ever needed one, so was a bit confused about what to do, the staff on phone were very friendly, understanding and gave clear guidance on what to do. Skip arrived as promised driver gave me tips on how to best load/pack the skip. Collection ran smoothly and again office staff very helpful in making sure I got it collected when I need to. Great first experience. If I needed a skip in future again I would have no hesitation in using Norris again. Thanks guys!

Great service. Easy to deal with and great at keeping you up to date on the status of the skip. The driver called ahead to let us know he was on route and was mindful of our additional requirement too. We messaged to let them know we had filled the skip 3 days in and it was collected the next day. Again, great service.

I was genuinely really impressed with the service. Really helpful and friendly staff on the phone and e-mail. They offered helpful advice on items like paint and the TV and importantly they delivered and collected the skip exactly when they said they would.

The communications and punctuality for skip delivery and collection were great. Skip was delivered as promised, and the driver was pin-point accurate in getting the skip through the gates and onto the drive - with a laugh and a smile at 8am. A different driver collected, but was equally cheerful and polite. Fantastic service from a local company that I would use again, and have already recommended to others.

Really good service, responsive and professional with zero issues. Can't fault them in terms of how accommodating they were in terms of delivery into a tight and awkward space and straight forward collection also. Would use again.
