Appalling communication with admin staff who pretend they are not there when you call. Very rude and insulting. It was only when the Contracts Manager Jason Marple got involved that suddenly after weeks of being messed around the job could be done. He was good. They only did the painting and they still have my fire place to do. God help you if you get them

Prepared kitchen for an investigation and start of new flooring, man turned up on his own! Spent most of his hours in the van!! Not satisfied in his findings as all of a sudden I have a terrible leak under the sink! He tells me all I need is a jubilee clip? No water there for at least 6 months today there is? He didn’t want to do his job made out he’s done it, the floor in my kitchen is absolutely sodden...If it was my dishwasher I would’ve discovered it myself! Not satisfied they don’t even know when they will be back! Very poor service and would not recommend this company
