Was really disappointed when I came here, £30 for me and my cousin and there wasn’t even an adult pool, just a baby one that came up to my waist, I’m only 5 feet tall. There were only 5 slides I’m pretty sure so that didn’t save it either.

Also the fact that the pool water probably hasn’t been changed or cleaned in ages since there was mold growing inside the buckets in the play area and a bunch of spots all over the stairs to go up the kids slides. :(

We had a really great afternoon. We had so much fun. 3 slides. Only had an hour but wished we have had 2 hours. Only a small area for swimming and not very deep, very busy also but most fun to be had is the slides.

Clean, modern water park. You pay separately for indoor & outdoor parks. Seemed expensive, but we went for indoors which was well worth it. Limited number of rides and small swimming area, but the rides were really great. 2 1/2 hours was plenty of time for us. My 9 & 11 year olds really loved it.

It's quite expensive but it is very clean and one of the best places I have been to. Toddler section in swimming is fantastic with variety of slides and water equipment, and has 6 slides for the older kids (over 1.2 metres). Soft play is great for kids and is a very decent size and ninja tag for older kids looks amazing.
Make sure you book online b4 you go as it does get busy.

Been today with a 10 and 13 year old.
They loved it. 2.5hrs is plenty.
3 good big slides, not much queuing so kids loved going again and again. It wasn’t massively over crowded. Lots of staff. Very clean and tidy. Changing room exceptionally clean.
Good selection of food and drink too.
One down side, the floor was very slippy, more so than any other pool we’ve been. But other than that it was great.

Paid for entry to get in after calling to see if the soft play is suitable for a 1 and a 3 year old, and it totally isn't. Too difficult for my 3 year old who has never had a problem at any soft play we've been to and the baby section was pretty pathetic. No food served in the week, which isn't mentioned anywhere on the website even though there's menus on the walls everywhere, I've looked everywhere so if it is it must be in tiny writing somewhere! Staff on phones just ignoring us, asked if there's food served and didn't even get a verbal answer just shook her head while looking at her phone. Paid for parking and to get in, to spend 10 minutes there and drove off. Wouldn't recommend!

Love love loved it here, took our 6 year old and 10 month old, warm water, very clean, no ques for rides.

Only issue was slow service at the main cafe, waited 10 minutes to get served and left in the end as the 1 girl serving was not too confident and was very slow and left alone. She seemed new so should have had some support.

I can't say a lot for the facilities like the pool, slides or play centre as we only used the cafe, so that's what this review is for.
The cafe area was really clean and well maintained, with the staff there making sure it stayed this way too!
The selection was quite good as well-with some decent gluten free options which was great for my coeliac partner, daughter and niece.
The staff themselves were super helpful and made us feel as if nothing was too much trouble!
Even when it grew close to closing time (we came back after having lunch earlier in the day) they didn't make us feel awkward or as if we were in the way!
So, great facilities, great menu but even better staff!
