Best place I've ever hired from and an awesome well stocked shop with really knowledgeable staff. I would recommend this place to everyone. The llyn is absolutely breathtaking and the boundaries allow you plenty of space to explore the whole lake and has incredible views. The cafe above the shop is also brilliant and has a balcony where you can sit to eat/drink which also overlooks the lake and mountains. The cafe, the shop and the hire equipment are all dog friendly too, and I really do mean friendly (the dog got a huge fuss from the staff wherever we went) which of course we both loved! Thank you for making our visit one to remember - we can't wait to come back again soon!

What a unique place this is, anyone who loves surfing or would like to learn how to surf this is the place for you. Lessons are about £60 a session and you will catch about 14 waves.
Didn't see anyone who didn't love it 👍

Went to SW to look for a wetsuit for my daughter, Dan & Chris were brilliant no pressure selling and excellent knowledge. Good choice and we opted for a slightly more expensive one but well worth it as the water is starting to get chilly. Would really recommend this place. With a great cafe for cake upstairs
Thank you

The service was good with 2 hours canoeing for £25. However with the same price you can get 3 hours canoeing at the the other side of the lake, I haven't tried it yet.

I have hired iSUPs and Kayaks from here on a few occasions. The staff are excellent. The hire equipment is of a high standard. The shop is well stocked with high quality products too. I would also recommend visiting The Lone Tree Cafe upstairs. Again excellent friendly staff, the food is always delicious. Generous portions too. Very good access to Llyn Padarn which is absolutely beautiful. Well worth a visit

We hired an 8 person paddle board from them, price was great, service was fantastic and we all had a whale of a time. The warm changing rooms and hot showers where a massive plus and we all enjoyed a hot drink from the cafe afterwards, highly recommend!

An experience that's well worth the money!
From the get go the staff were very friendly and accommodating, giving clear info and details on what we needed to do.
The surrounding land is phenomenal with beautiful views of the mountains and a what appeared to be a minni castle at the far side of the lake.
The lake itself is so very clean and we took a dip halfway through in the wetsuits provided.
I couldn't recommend this experience enough!

Hired kit from here before I had my own. It’s a good way to try out a new activity without having the outlay on equipment before knowing if you like it. The staff were friendly and the equipment was good.

I’ve since bought my own and friends have hired. They too have found the service to be good. It’s also only a short carry to the lake.

Coffee and cake afterwards from the cafe top off the day.
