Chemsol Cymru provide an excellent service, and are very helpful and supportive towards their customers at all times. They act very quickly on call outs to sort any problems whether minor or serious especially in the recent unprecedented weather conditions. A big thank you.

This was our first experience of buying off Chemsol Cymru and it is at a time when business is more tricky than normal due to Covid-19. I was searching online for cleaning products, which are rather scarce right now and wanted to support a local business. I would like to say how impressed I was with the customer service I received. I phoned to check stock availability and timescales and spoke to Adrian who was extremely professional and helpful. Furthermore, I then received a call from Terry, who was equally pleasant, to arrange when they could deliver our order. This was all within a couple of days of us ordering online, which given what is going on in the world right now, is very impressive! A big thumbs up and we will be using Chemsol Cymru again. Thank you.

Terrible business - I would give zero stars if I could. They supplied a system in August 2021 which was faulty from the start, it took nearly 6 months of constant chasing and arguing over charge out fees to get them to replace it. The new system was installed in April 2020 and within two months was leaking. It took four calls to even get someone to speak to us about the problem and agree to send someone out but again they wanted to charge a call out fee. We ended up having to get a third party company to come sort it out at our own cost. Absolutely disgraceful - would strongly advise against working with these cowboys.

Absolute Cowboys with a blame the customer first approach to customer care, nice as pie until you get a problem.

Had a water filtration system fitted in 2021, 1 month in the UV stopped working, they told me it required a new bulb at a cost of £45 and this wasn't covered under warranty, so agreed, then a month later it went again. They told me I must have done something to it, or it must be our electrics, so I paid for an electrician to have a look at which point he said it was fine. Back to Chemsol, they agreed to send someone out but we would have to pay a call out fee even though the system was faulty and still under warranty, they used the analogy of "if you took your car to a mechanic they wouldn't look at it for free" sorry Chemsol if they fitted a faulty part, yes they would!

Chemsol finally sent someone after weeks of arguing and sent the system to the manufacturer who agreed there was a fault with the system so they replaced.

3 months later, water is pouring out from the system, called chemsol again with the usual blame the customer first approach, "what have you done to it" you must have moved it" theres going to be a call out fee. 2 weeks later still no one here, still no drinkable water, still wanting to charge a callout.

We thought do you know what, if were going to pay someone its not going to be them, called a company 2 counties away, told them we have a faulty system with water pouring out, first this they said "your in wales, wasnt sold and fitted by chemsol was it? we get loads of their unhappy customers" Yes Sir it was.

Well done Chemsol not sure how youve managed to get all these 5 star reviews, absolute cowboys!
