Nicola made my wedding cake, it was beautiful and delicious. I told her my ideas for what I wanted and approx. how many people would be attending. She gave me ideas in return and was able to match our colour scheme and the flowers in my bouquet and table center pieces to the flowers on our cake. We picked different flavours for each layer and each one was as delicious as the one before. Nicola is truly amazing at her job. If you are considering hiring her just go ahead and do it. She will create the most amazing cake for you!

A very late review as married in April! Nicola was the best! Through out the whole process. I knew i wanted her to do my cake from seeing her fab pictures. She made everything easy and accommodated any changes I made. I was lucky enough to meet her on the day and the cake was not only beautiful but tasted so good!!! Nicola has a gift and such a lovley person as well. Can't recommend enough!

Seriously Delicious Gluten Free Wedding Cake

Finding the right baker for our wedding cake was one of the most important tasks to arrange due to the bride having coeliac disease. When we contacted Nicola, aka, The Cake Witch, she put all our worries to rest. She went above and beyond to ensure the bride felt and was safe, which gave us absolute confidence. The result was perfection too!

It was the yummiest cake we’ve ever tasted, all the flavours came through in the perfect blend, and it looked gorgeous too, the cake was a masterpiece! It’s amazing that even the intricate and beautiful flower decorations were edible and sourced from her own garden. It definitely received everyone’s compliments on all fronts and we only wish the cake had lasted forever.
