If I could give her zero stars I would.

4 days before I had arranged to collect my little boy’s 2nd birthday cake, I text Trudi to find out what time I should arrive. She replied saying she had forgotten to follow up and no longer had any availability. 4 days before!!! Completely unreliable and I’d therefore recommend not using her if you actually require a cake . The worst customer service I have experienced in a long time, never mind her lack of genuine apology.
