Gorgeous Gem's Bakery - Wedding Cakes

Gem was honestly the most perfect choice for our wedding cake. We feel so grateful and lucky that we chose her to make our 3 tiered semi naked cake for us on our special day. Gem's attention to detail was fantastic, she is so kind, friendly, attentive, professional and the cake tasted out of this world! We served the cake as our dessert along with cream and fresh fruit and we had many guests comment on not only the quality of the taste, but how it looked too. We cannot recommend Gem enough for your wedding or event.

P.s. she also very kindly lent us her own wooden log slice to display our cake on and it went with our theme perfectly.

I cannot recommend Gem enough! Gem made us three different flavoured Tiers and catered to all dietary requirements in 4 further cupcakes.
The cakes were beyond incredible and tasted amazing! We had so many compliments on the Salted Caramel layer especially.
Gem herself was lovely and put up very well with my constant questions and checking in.
I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Gem to anyone that needs her services!

Gem makes the absolute best cakes. We were so lucky to find her for our wedding cake in 2020. She is so friendly and helpful. The hardest part about it is choosing which flavour to have because they’re all so delicious. The cakes are beautifully light. We got so many compliments on the day. We loved it so much that we recently asked her to make the christening cake for our daughter which was exactly the same standard. I can’t recommend her enough.

Gem made us a perfect wedding cake. It was not only beautiful, it was honestly the best tasting cake I have ever had. Gem was more than happy to provide gluten free and vegan options for our guests. The vegan lemon was so good, you couldn't tell it was vegan. There were so many flavours to choose from, we actually got a bigger cake than we needed. We are so happy we did because we are still eating it from the freezer!

We cannot recommend Gem enough! She created us the most perfect, beautiful and delicious wedding cake and she was so lovely throughout all the planning stages for the wedding.
She listened to everything we wanted, and created something even better than I could have imagined. We chose lemon, salted caramel, chocolate and white choc & raspberry and they were all so delicious. I'm so happy I've still got some in the freezer to enjoy! On top of all that, she also provided gluten and dairy free cupcakes which I'm told by my guests are the best they have ever had!

Gem prepared our wedding cake back in July and did SUCH an incredible job, it looked absolutely beautiful and so many guests commented on how delicious it was. After all the ups and downs of covid, Gem was so so helpful and understanding when we had to move our date. The tasting session was fabulous too, Gem was so friendly and guided us in the right direction with the flavours, which were a winning combination. We really can’t thank her enough and would highly recommend!!!

Wow what can I say! Our wedding cake was just amazing and everything we wanted. I’m gutted that we went on our honeymoon at 6am the next day as we couldn’t have more cake- it tasted unbelievable! I keep saying to my husband that we have to get a birthday cake this year! Gem is very reliable and didn’t have any worries over the cake at all and I knew it would just be perfect.
