Carrie made our wedding cake for us which was absolutely perfect! She was so knowledgeable and helped us design our perfect cake. We had so many guests comment on how delicious it was! Highly recommend to anyone!

Carrie made our wedding cake with pressed edible flowers. Her attention to detail was absolutely incredible, such a talented cake maker!! It was everything I had dreamed of and more, and turning up to our wedding venue and seeing our cake was one of my highlights. I rang Caritas 9 days before my son's 1yr birthday party with a request for an Elmo cake. Carrie was so lovely and knowledgeable and quickly emailed me a design while we were still on the phone. It matched exactly what I had in mind and I was hooked from that point. The cake and cupcakes turned out amazing on the day and everyone was so impressed. We couldn't have asked for a better cake. It looked so real my son couldn't stop looking at it. Caritas is the real deal.

We hire Carrie to make our wedding cake back in October. Carrie was absolutely amazing through the whole process. We went over to her studio to talk through the design, discussing our theme, colours and everything else planned for the wedding which she then took to draw some designs for the cake while we were there.

The end result looked just like her design, it was so pretty! It also tasted absolutely amazing!
