Sue made me a stunning pretty pink (my favourite colour) cake for my 40th as a surprise for my party and it was beautiful, creative, original and tasted delicious.The detail of the cake design was so perfect , delicate decorations and alot of thought put into the planning was clear to see. Id highly recommend Sue , she can do all types of cakes and original design ideas so you would always have something different from everyone else which is better i think.

Sue gave me tutorials as I was making a wedding cake. I wanted to learn how to make flowers particularly roses. Sue not only took her time to show me and teach me but allowed me to do it for myself with her on hand should I require help. She was patient, helpful and full of knowledge. She did not rush me which is something really important to me, she gave little hand outs to which I found great as sometimes I get overwhelmed with to much information. Haven made my flowers she then showed me how to arrange and tape them together to get the best result. Everyone at the wedding was impressed with my first attempt at cake decorating and that was thanks to Sue and her hard work. I would definitely recommend Sue, infact I already have to some friends.
