Can't even begin to describe how great the experience was in ordering decorations for a wedding cake. Started by ordering a cake topper which was absolutely perfect so asked Sue if she could supply a mix of the flowers to decorate between the individual tiers as I couldn't find what I wanted on the website. She was unbelievably patient as the emails went back and forth and was able to come up with the goods at such a reasonable price (P&P isn't extortionate either!).
Have told all my friends about the great service and, if I ever have to make another wedding cake, I will certainly use her again - she is absolutely brilliant! Thanks Sue!!

In these really difficult times this business has really impressed me.

From the beginning the communication was wonderful, and continued every step of the way, and then the flowers exceeded my high expectations.

I was slightly worried about using artifical flowers, whether they might look too fake or cheap, but they look absolutely beautiful and I was able to choose and tailor exactly what I wanted. Susy truly went above and beyond and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Now I have beautiful flowers I can keep, and I'm covered if anything has to be moved.

Amazing!! I don't have the words to tell you how amazing Suzylou Bridal service was. All I can tell you is Sue was a true Earth Angel to me last week in providing the most beautiful wedding corsage and buttonhole at ridiculously short notice because I forgot to get them in time from my local florist! Sue attentively listened to all my requirements last Saturday and by 10 am on Tuesday I had my order in my hands! They were more beautiful than the pictures can do justice to. The colour choice, flower type etc is perfect as to my request and beautifully made. Sue is an exquisite artisan of her craft and quite honestly I would not have received real flowers to my exact request. Everyone commented how real our flowers looked! If you want first class, worry free service, absolute quality and good value for money, look no further than Susylou Bridal Services!! Five stars don't seem enough to award the service I received. Definitely recommended!

When I first message Sue about ordering my flowers I honestly didn't have a clue what I wanted, I knew my colours and that was it! Sue was absolutely amazing from the start, she advised me and explained all my options and she was in touch with me frequently by messaging and sending photos to make sure it's how we wanted them and liked them, honestly I can not fault her in anyway, she me updated throughout the whole process even with posting and nothing was too much trouble, even adding on to my original order, I can't recommend this lady enough she goes above and beyond! Even though I'd seen photos of my flowers before they arrived they still literally took my breath away, they are stunning and absolutely gorgeous, everything we wanted and more, each item was carefully packaged and our flowers arrived in perfect condition, if your looking for flowers definitely contact Sue you won't be disappointed! I had a custom order done for my upcoming wedding of bridal/bridesmaids bouquets, groom/groomsmen buttonholes and a 3 tier cake topper. She did a fantastic job!! They are absolutely beautiful and received much faster than I expected! Sue was so helpful and accommodating, and answers promptly. I couldn't be happier! I HIGHLY recommend this shop!! Susan has been amazing. I ordered from her a few months ago and I'd forgotten 2 buttonholes for my wedding because I've got bride brain. She was so helpful and kept in contact. She went out her way to get everything right for me and went above and beyond. Her service is just amazing as the flowers themselves. The flowers have just arrived and OMG I'm in tears, they are so beautiful and I'm sure you are told this all the time but the photos really don't do them justice. Everything is just perfect and I couldn't be happier. The car flowers are simply amazing seem to good to put on a car, but they will be then I think I'll take them off and have in the reception as well the back one will look great on the top table.

I probably will need some more of those wonderful button holes but I won't know that until Boris tells us how many people we are allowed at the wedding. But it had better be more than 4 :-).
