Busy Bee Events managed to turned my party dream into a reality. :o) We were married in the Grand Canyon in October and I wanted to bring "Las Vegas" back home for our UK celecration at Hartley Wintney Victoria Hall in November. I had it pictured in my head how I wanted the venue to look and they totally nailed it! :o) All of our guest were totally wowed by the decorations. They were a one-stop shop for all of our requirements - the draping and fairy lights for the main hall, the table and chair decorations, centre pieces, the casino tables and draping in the foyer area. Mike and his lovely daughter looked after the Slushy Machine for the 2 hours we booked it for, which I didn't get to use half as much as I'd hoped, but was a brilliant novelty! Our reception venue looked wonderful, I would really recommend the black back drop and LED dance floor - it made the room look magical and the photos looked great! All of our guests commented on how amazing the room looked, from the tables and chairs to the fairy light canopy. It was a weight off my mind knowing all of the decorations were being taken care of. It is an added expense to a wedding but worth the money! Thank you Busy Bee!

They were amazing. We gave them a long list of requests for songs to play and they played what we wanted in a great order keeping the dance floor full all night. Very professional set up. Fantastic equipment and lighting. Greatly recommend them for any occasion.

We recently used Busy Bee for the decorating at our wedding, they did an outstanding job! They were super helpful and accommodating, including several evening meetings to discuss what we were looking for. They were very knowledgeable and able to help us realise our vision and if they didn’t have it, then well they certainly went and got it for us. We had everything from lighting, candles, our polaroid guest book and photo screen (shame our guests didn’t manage to use them to their full potential! Lol). Everything looked amazing and we couldn’t have been happier with the service. Thanks to Mike & Jeanette!

Jeanette, Mike and Emily are the most friendly, down to earth to earth and professional people you could ever meet. The services they offer are second to none, everything is super highly quality and for an events planning/ management company they still give customers full control and don’t try to force anything on you. They bend over backwards to ensure you have an amazing time! Can’t recommend highly enough! We are thrilled to have chosen Busy Bee Events for our wedding in August 2018.

Mike and Jeanette decorated the village hall we had booked for our wedding last September. They really understood the look we were trying to achieve and provided fairy lights, lanterns, tables, chairs, tablecloths and table runners that suited our theme perfectly.
The set up and clearing away was really efficient and the hall was completely transformed. It looked even better than we expected once decorated.
We also booked Mike for the DJ in the evening and he was really open and accommodating of our specific music requests. Our photographer said she had never seen such a busy dancefloor!!
We would highly recommend Busy Bee - make sure you book early as they get very busy!!

we payed £400 upfront for the hire of our wedding chairs, COVID happened and we never received our chairs. Rather than being reasonable and working out a refund they said no you aren't getting your money back. So we spent £400 and received nothing. We tried supporting this small business with our custom, but I think for now I will stick to larger organisations. It is companies like this that give small businesses a hard time.

They tried to claim that their fixed costs were our costs also such as storage of their chairs. I asked them to provide a list of additional charges we had caused their business by booking chairs for our wedding venue, they gave us all of their fixed costs and no additional costs.

I will never use your business for anything again, and I would suggest others stay away as they will take every penny away from you. Very unprofessional business.

There service the past year has been disgusting. After paying them an initial £1000!!!! Yes that for a deposit!!!! They have not only cancelled appointments an hour before but lack of communication is unacceptable.

With the current pandemic going on in the world at the moment they then have the check to tell me to refer to there terms and conditions and that under no circumstances will they be issuing any form of refund!

I have had to postpone my wedding for a year. They said they will do it but still want the balance paid April this year!!!!! ARE THEY MAD!

Please ladies do not book with them!
