This place is EVERYTHING!
I visited last year to choose my dress. They have the most beautiful selection of dresses. I walked in & explained what I wanted & they pulled off the rail my perfect dress. Alison & Charlotte couldn’t have been more helpful & patient. I tried on a tonne of dresses & ended up going back to the first one picked of the rail for me. They made the whole experience so personal too, a little welcome sign & some flapjacks. We felt so at ease & had such a fun time. I will never forget the experience & I thank them for making it so perfect.
Even their communication was amazing the whole time. My dress arrived during lockdown and they hand delivered it to my parents house.

I recently bought my wedding dress, veil and bridesmaids dresses from Fairytale Bride and the whole experience from start to finish was incredible! I was extremely nervous to start wedding dress shopping as I previously had a really bad experience at another shop which had put me off shopping completely. But as soon as I found Fairytale Bride, it was the complete opposite! Alison & Charlotte run this beautiful boutique and they are the loveliest people you'll ever meet. They are so patient, understanding, and made me feel so comfortable. I didn't really have a clue as to what style of dress I wanted but I didn't need to worry as they had an amazing collection of dresses with lots of different styles for me to try on! Their service is so personal and I love that you get the whole boutique to yourself with their full care and attention. It was just magical! Fairytale Bride was the first and only boutique that I visited when searching for 'the one'. Alison and Charlotte are so warm and welcoming, which made my Mum and I feel at ease. Upon arrival there were a selection of dresses ready for me to try on, each one with its own special something. We didn't feel rushed, which made the whole process feel calm and relaxed (much needed with the possibility of other wedding related stress). Alison and Charlotte were there to offer opinions and advice. Once I had purchased my dress, I received regular emails keeping me up-to-date every step of the way!

I can't recommend Fairytale Bride enough to all brides-to-be. Mum and I wish we could relive the experience all over again.

When purchasing my wedding dress, Alison and charlotte were so helpful, and attentive to every detail, you could tell they wanted me to have the perfect dress and were genuinely ready to help that happen. Fairytale Bride is the place to say YES to the dress. They made me feel so comfortable right from the very beginning! Both ladies offered me so much advice on what style would suit my figure and I found the most beautiful dress!! Where do I start? I was fortunate enough to win the "NHS bride" competition back in 2020, which now seems so long ago. Initially I thought it to be a joke that I could be so lucky! I was very quickly contacted by Alison and Charlotte to arrange a bridal appointment. I went with my parents, and from the moment I stepped through the door, I was made to feel so welcome. I can only compare Alison and Charlotte to a sibling and auntie, as they are so honest and helpful throughout the consultation. They made me feel so at ease, special and made me even more excited for my upcoming wedding. They kept me up to date throughout the whole process, and messaged me beyond the wedding day, which was so lovely to receive. I cannot thank both Alison and Charlotte at Fairytale Brides enough, not only for my amazing wedding dress, but for the whole experience that they gave me. ANY bride would be very lucky to pick and wear one of their amazing dresses, and even more lucky to have them help and guide them. No amount of "thank you's" will ever express how grateful I am to you both.

I had the best experience with Charlotte and Alison at Fairytale Bride when I visited with my mum in June 2021 to search for my dress.
They both took the time to listen to my preferences and chose many options of the wide range of dresses they have available for me to try.
I didn't feel pressured at all and the experience was so lovely as you have the whole shop to yourself so Charlotte and Alison are able to give their full attention to helping you find your dream dress.
I found mine on my 1st visit. The order process was simple and though there were delays in my dress being available for collection, I was kept well informed.

I couldn't recommend Fairytale Bride enough. I had been to another shop previously and there's no comparison. Here I was made to feel special and welcome, and throughly enjoyed my experience. I only wish I could do it again, though I hope to never have to! We married in July 2022 and I couldn't have been happier with my beautiful dress.

Alison & Charlotte made me and my bridesmaids feel so welcome in their shop. We had music and drinks and a really lovely chilled what seemed like all day trying on dresses. I remember walking towards their huge mirror and just crying as I found the dress for me. Unfortunately due to lock down I was unable to go back and collect my dress however it was sent to me free of charge. Just a lovely genuine bridal boutique.
