I first went to Freya Rose to try on wedding shoes before deciding to continue with their bespoke design service. Freya, Sophie and the team were very helpful in guiding me through the whole process from start to finish. The finished product is exactly what I had envisioned - a one of a kind shoe that is comfortable and elegant. Would definitely recommend Freya Rose for any fussy brides having trouble finding the style of shoe they want elsewhere as Freya's designs are so unique and her bespoke service cannot be faulted.

I choose Freya Rose shoes for my wedding day and it was one of the best choices I made, they were beautifully made and the mother of pearl heel is really unique, I would definitely recommend them for something a bit special.

I LOVE my Fefe Pearls! I agonised over what shoes to buy for my wedding for months. But when I came across Freya Rose and these particular shoes, I knew they were the ones for me! They will go perfectly on the day with my dress, they are painstakingly decorated to perfection, with beautiful satin and I couldn’t be more thrilled with them.
I had visited the wedding gallery in London in order to try them on, and was decided after testing out the comfort and the heel height!
The packaging was also beautiful and a nice little hand written note from Freya really added to the excitement of receiving the most important pair of shoes I’ll ever buy!

The most fantastic pair of shoes I’ve ever got! Beautiful style and fabulous quality, really looking forward to wearing them at my wedding and not only.

Freya Rose shoe designs are beautiful. However, the quality is not as expected especially for the price. I purchased the Martina for my wedding. I only wore them to my dress fittings in which I never walked a distance in and for 10 min a day for a week to practice my first dance and the pearl tiles fell off. They fell before my actual wedding day! I had to wear damaged shoes! I have recently attempted to get them to repair my shoes and make things right. Mind you they claim they do lifetime repairs but that's a lie because they've ignored my email. I also DM them on Instagram which shows they saw the message and they ignored me. Poor customer service and horrible work ethic. Their shoes are not worth the price. Skip out on these for bridal shoes. Not only are they not durable but they are poorly made. Most of the pearl tiles had gaps and were crooked.

I got the GiGi’s delivered for my wedding, and I was unsure of the size. I went to the Fulham store (inside Maids to Measure) and they were so helpful and patient with me. Plus, the shoes are stunning.

I went to the South Kensington shop only to find out that it doesn’t exist! Very disappointing, especially for such a premium and expensive brand... you shouldn’t be misleading potential customers like this, please update your address and location!
