My daughter and I had an appointment with Rachel on Saturday several dresses fitted the style of dress we had imagined,with guidance and no pressure to buy Rachel came up trumps.
Yes they are all sample dresses and there is no secret that this is the case , my personal feed back to Rachel at Jessica Ley Brides is to invest in a selection of veils and accessories something she already has in hand.

To all brides to be I would recommend that you take a look prices are very competitive.

went with my mum to find her wedding dress, rachel was so lovely and the customer service was wonderful. she made my mum feel comfortable and helped her find the perfect fit. was a lovely experience and so nice to see my mum happy!

If I could give a zero star I would. I left the shop so disappointed and wanting to cry. Having seen the lovely dresses on the Facebook page I asked for an appointment via Facebook messenger, and was asked what size I was. I was told they would call me to confirm the appointment later on in week, however the day before came and I contacted the shop via messenger myself.
Myself and my mom travelled an hour to get there, received a phone call about 20 minutes prior to my appointment but could not answer as I was driving.
When I arrived at the shop I was greeted with a half hearted attitude and told they didn't have any dresses in my size. She brought one dress out and when I said It wasn't for me she repeatedly told me to try it on as its what she has in my size. She then told me to go to a different shop and got her phone out.
When I said I had messaged the day before she said she has been really busy so didn't think about my size dresses and said she had tried to call me however hadcalled once right before the appointment and left no message.
I was si disappointed and felt really let down. Her attitude was awful as it was obvious she couldn't care less.

Rachel is fab! She picked a dress I never would have, and it turned out to be the dress that got me in the feels (having tried on far too many in various other bridal shops previously). Rachel has been kind, accommodating, patient, generous with her time, and to top it all off, let the girls and I have a ‘she said yes to the dress’ moment with Prosecco. We couldn’t have done it better anywhere else and I’m über grateful I found Rachel and Jessica Ley Brides.

Went to Jessica Ley Brides to have a look at the dresses for my wedding next year. Rachel was nothing but accomodating to my tiny frame, she didn’t make me feel embarrassed or silly when a lot of the dresses were too big and she made sure I tried on an array of dresses to ensure I picked the right dress. We chose a beautiful dress in the end which I felt wonderful in and it was definitely the one for me. Rachel was attentive, she took the time to add veils, flowers and shoes to each dress to make sure we saw the dresses as they would be on my wedding day! Im so happy with my dress! Thank you Rachel! 🥰

Rachel was absolutely fabulous. Couldn't have asked for a better person to help me find my perfect wedding dress. She is kind, considerate and helpful. I went to Jessica Ley Brides last minute in search of a wedding dress due to family circumstances. She got me in last minute at the weekend so my family could come with me. I would 1000% recommend. She also helped my mum choose her perfect wedding dress back last year when my mum was very unwell and she was so grateful to her. Both my mum's and my dress were altered perfectly and looked stunning. Thank you so much to all involved in the process. You were amazing from beginning to end.

Jessica Ley is under new management now and my sister, who is the bride to be, had a lovely time. Rachel was wonderful, so laid back and helped my sister find her dream dress. We had the whole bridal shop to ourselves which made the whole experience a lot more relaxing, we had all the time in the world to look through all of the gorgeous dresses.
