If I were to sum up Katie Cox in one word I would say 'committed'. Katie has been there for us all no matter how we have felt, given support and especially throughout the current situation. She has pulled out all the stops in ensuring she reaches out to her groups. Her groups are great, friendly and inspiring.

This is a lovely group where you are well supported by other group members and an inspirational consultant who will guide you on your weight loss journey. The healthy eating plan is highly affective and works. If you need to know anything or are struggling at anytime all you have to do is ask and the support will be given.

Friendly and welcoming. Had to change groups due to personal circumstances and couldn't be made to feel more welcome. Nice, safe and comfortable venue with easy access and good parking. Highly recommend Slimming World, it works!
