Charging an extra fee for not paying by direct debit even though the invoice was paid on time? Blatantly ripping people off. No mention if this anywhere until the bill arrived.

I go here regular for our gas and I can’t fault it great customer service Scott always goes above and beyond to help me, highly recommended.

Rang on Wednesday afternoon and spoke to a very nice guy before heading down who gave me perfect directions to collect my genie G20 he went above and beyond to help me when I arrived by removing my empty gas bottle and putting the neww one in and also stated that if there is a problem.just give him a call nothing was too much trouble and he was very polite and courteous will definitely be coming back again that's for sure as Scott is great

Second time here, Scott really helpful first time, helped load my truck, and sharing a joke second.
