It was my first experience with Reiki.
I didn’t read much about it so I thought it will be some surprise.
I have a small daughter and still breastfeeding so sometimes I feel quite exhausted but still have problems with sleeping.
After one session I slept really good and felt like a new born.
During a treatment I felt warmth from Cindy’s hands and relaxation coming slowly from head to the rest of my body.
I feel like it was a reset of my whole body and really amazing cleansing energy coming through my body.
I strongly recommend the treatment !

I am a mother of seven year old twins, one with additional needs and a very poor sleeper. I took a private one to one Reiki 1 course with Cindy because I was seeking a tool to support my children, in particular my special boy, on a daily basis.

Cindy has been wonderful: she creates a nurturing, professional and warm environment in which to learn and open to Reiki’s healing light. I feel so blessed to have been given this tool for life. My children love receiving Reiki regularly and I have noticed tangible improvements, in particular in the quality and quantity of sleep for the whole family.

Since Reiki 1 I feel stronger, more grounder and I have a more positive attitude towards life.

I suffered for a numbers of years with different pain and migraines, went so many times to doctors, too many pills they killed my stomach with temporary results, so I started to check different way to approach the pain and I decided against my scepticism to have a Reiki treatment.
Since my first treatment and advice from Cindy Theodore I went there numerous times, and I will undoubtedly be returning to her many times more. I have never tried Reiki before my session with Cindy, I just wanted to give it a try and see if it was something for me, as I heard so many people talking about it.
As a new mum, I struggle with anxiety and frustration that I had never experienced before.
I was afraid, exhausted and didn’t know what was happening to me.
My first session with Cindy was where my journey of healing began.
From the moment I walked into her space, I felt safe and calm.
She has a way about her that makes you feel so cared for and understood, and I immediately trusted her and her process.
We started with a little chat so she could understand my feelings and needs at the time and then I lied down and felt so relaxed.
My choice was not to talk and just enjoy the moment.
When she started, I felt a heavy weight on my head, like someone was pulling something from it.
A few moments later it was like a cold wave that penetrated all my body and went through it up and down.
It is quite difficult to explain but it was such an experience, I've never felt that before.
I slept like a baby on the night of my treatment!
Cindy is a healer in every sense of the word.
I recommend Cindy all the time. I am so grateful to have found her, and wholeheartedly trust her guidance and wisdom.

Cindy worked with me and offered Reiki psychic surgery that is aimed at removing energy blocks weighting us down. During the session she also performed traditional Reiki healing. It was such a beautiful, emotionally charged and uplifting experience.
