Ordered from this website a couple of days ago and it’s brilliant!!

I love that they have the ‘place on body’ section because I can never remember the names of different ear piercings. The website is so user friendly!

Brilliant choices of jewellery and free delivery on all orders over £10.

I received my items within a couple of days and they were neatly packaged in separate bags and then in a small bubble wrap envelope which could easily be posted through the letter box. There is nothing worse than a small item being posted in a massive box which can’t be delivered because it doesn’t fit through the letter box and you’re at work!!

All in all... brilliant service and excellent quality jewellery. I’m really pleased I’ve discovered this website and will definitely be ordering more in the future!

Ordered some earring parts yesterday afternoon, and they had arrived at my work address before I did this morning! Super fast delivery, lovely on the phone (thank you Michelle - hope I remembered your name right!) and very prompt delivery! Absolutely delighted with my new pretties!

Just absolutely lovely beans all around. They take everything you say into consideration, and are very helpful. Also a very big range of jewellery and all very good quality. I buy 95% of my piercing jewellery from them. Been doing so for years. :)

I accidently ordered the wrong size labret and sent them an email, they responded really quickly and were so helpful. The labrets are gorgeous and go so well with the rest of my set up. I will definitely buy again. (Jewellery from TDi is the conch and tragus stud in my picture)

Out of all the many vendors I've used over the years, TDi definitely offer the best quality and customer service, certainly in the UK at least. On the very odd occasion that there's been an issue, their customer service team have always been super helpful and resolved the issue quickly and to satisfaction. :-)

I was scheduled for an MRI scan at short notice and needed safe jewellery in a hurry. TDI came up trumps and rushed me everything I needed so I didn't need to worry about losing all my piercings as well as having to worry about my MRI. Outstanding and I would recommend them to everyone.

Really great store, they were really helpful when unfortunately a purchase got lost in the post - they offered a replacement or refund immediately and were really friendly to talk to about it. Every other purchase has turned up within 2 days and the quality is amazing!
