I bought hangers through this company on ebay, send wrong thing, sent wrong weight prepaid label so after sending numerous messages to get a correct label they send one and said parcel would be collected,,,,and it was,,,,,but now they're saying they want a tracking no?????? Why would I have a tracking no if they sent someone to collect parcel????
They obviously aren't going to say they have it and have committed theft of my money!!!!!
It may not be a lot of money but it is to me!!!

I have ordered 3 times and all the time sending the wrong items even when you sent the picture of the product they still make mistakes, now We run out off poly roll ,lint roll and tag guns.
And when you call them back no one is responsible for it, thank you Tee for your great service.

Ordered poly roll & hangers. Hangers are the wrong size and the poly roll has mould and stinks. I would avoid using this company.

Don’t waste your time with these guy’s pathetic rude customer service delivery never show up , they will cancel your order even without letting you know . Take your money some where else

Delivery driver threatened to bash my head in next time he sees me! They a demanding payment before the goods are even being brought on site! The driver was trying to intimidate me in my own shop refusing to move his trolley after I've made payment to old account which was the new account only a few month's ago. Behaving like gangsters not business people!

Do not order from here it’s a scam. They took my payment but no follow up email. I paid and they wanted 9.99 for delivery but as I’m only a few miles away decided to pick up the item. They didn’t email me any details about when I could pick up so I drove to the address. The security guard on the gate said they haven’t been there for years and lots of people turn up asking about this company. Luckily I notified my bank that it was a scam and got my money back the same day.. avoid this company.

Terrible service and too many lies over the phone. Made Orders online on Monday at 7.50am to be delivered by Tuesday evening, hence lady over the phone said will be delivered on Wednesday after 9am, plus they lied saying the delivery man arrived at shop before 9am and now he left. When I was opened by 8.30am. No one turned up. Called on Thursday said the delivery will be with you before 5pm.

Now nowhere,

Nothing answered, didn’t pick up the phone from 3 to 4 pm, now been told on Driver is on the way, waited for two hours they can’t even locate their driver for last 6 hours

Lack of communication in department and whole office

No one knows what is happening

I want from them to refund all the money back to me also provide the products that are orders for free!!! For a whole compensation on this typical order with been lying so many times.

poor customer service, I have ordered on 3rd Aug delivered on 17th aug polyrole 40 inch with wrong order 32 inch , called several times but not sorted yet. every time called says can't find your order. it was paid over phone received invoice and payment confirmation and promised delivery within 48 hours but delivered after 15 days with wrong order.
