ordered a device and they sent me the wrong one which I had to then use. They then sent the correct one after me telling them not to bother. Now, nearly a year down the line they are still yet to collect the device, after me having taken it and left it at 2 locations. They now expect me to pay to go and get the device again and transport it to another suitable location for collection. They have told me that they won't cover none of my costs and highlighted the fact that they are offering a "free collection service", despite it being written in law that collection costs for mistakenly sent items should. be covered by the seller. Avoid these at all costs, takes them months to reply I am baffled as to how they ate still in business

Order one high viz fleece and it didn’t turn up for a month 🤬 Then three months later they sent me a unplayed invoice for over £1880.00 for over 400 delivery’s 🤬Please be careful with this not very professional so called company! You have been warned!

Really poor service, i've been waiting over a month or a Garmin DEzLCam @ £450 having chased daily for a month, received a Garmin DEZL 580 yesterday circa £250! No contact number no apology, requesting a replacement or full refund tomorrow - shocking! Avoid and order somewhere else!!

Like other reviewers on here - a very poor experience item ordered & payed for, but never arrived.
Wouldn’t use them again … wouldn’t have even used them in the first place if I’d seen all the reviews of them!!

We have a business account to buy Tacho books from them, the phone line cuts you off without giving the option to leave a message or request a call back and 5 emails in one month to try and get a reply to order still no reply or help. Awful service trying to find elsewhere to purchase, even Amazon would be better at this point!!

ordered some products of Tachodisc in November, still not here on 13.1.22, they have a total lack of communication, tried phoning, emailing , no answer to any, will now be writing and sending recorded delivery asking for a refund, this firm is a total waste of time avoid, avoid avoid.

Stay well clear of this company! For anyone that has ordered products from them and not had anything delivered and can’t get hold of them try freight transport association they are part of the same company worked for me.

Ordered a digital tachograph reader direct from the website over 4 weeks ago and still not received the product. Tried to get in contact with a person in every way possible with no joy.
