Though the pizza peel hasn' been used yet...a Christmas present.. if it's any thing like my experience of this company it will be first class. Ordering was straightforward. Delivery time was as stated. Customer service was personal. Thank you.

Always a great service from these guys! You can forget the big companies who just give you an account number and you never hear from them. With cater-connect you get good old fashioned service.

Quick advice and always a positive outlook. If it’s not quite what you are looking for they will go to the end of the earth to help!

Fantastic Service. We used the website to guide us at start, really useful content and product sheets & media available. We however completed our transaction via the phone- really friendly staff. Knowledgeable and efficient with deliveries. We saved money and received better service, we will defiantly be back. Thanks guys.

I have ordered 2 Gram freezers with a total of 1594.98 about a month ago, I have to say, this is one of my worst time order something online. Extremely poor services, try to contact it in the morning about more than ten times and then it got through, then the operator told me I had to wait and I asked them to give me a specific time, they told me they will ring me around 17:00, so I waited and didn't get anything back, then I try to ring back and the auto machine told me they have already closed. What a fantastic day I just been through.

Then I checked my shop list and saw that it has been marked as shipped.

I will try ring it again the next morning and I will wait for another half month and if it still hasn't arrive, i will ask to return the freezer and find a better place to buy it.

Amazing. Thanks so much again for an outstanding service, i never usually write reviews but the service and fast delivery of my dishwasher and help i received couldn't go un noticed.
I will be a returning customer for sure.

Not great after sales service. 2/3 items delivered.
No response to my emails which is weird as prior to placing the order all my queries were responded in a matter of minutes on April bank holiday as well!!!
Yet no answer at all for a weeks now when it comes to complaints raised in regards to incomplete order.
I suppose they are great if you dont encounter any problems with your order.

Problem was solved very swifty after this review.
Perhaps just a delay in reply, but after the review was contacted immediately and item turned up in a couple of days.

I must state that all the items were in great condition and at a great value and also the service was very swift in general.

Mother in law ordered some knives as a house warming gift. Did not receive in the expected time and queried this with Caterconnet. Received extremely poor communication, lies about the status of the order and the sales director only responded after several attempts of contacting them. Never received such poor customer service. If you are considering buying anything from Caterconnet I would strongly suggest you avoid.

Pizza peel is described as stainless steel. It has no stainless steel in it and is made of alloy, BZP steel and wood. Cater connect collected and refunded the item after several phone calls and emails. I also ordered 24 pint glasses, only 12 of these turned up after several calls and emails and I'm still chasing for the the other 12 nearly a month later. If you want something that is as described and don't want to email / call / chase for it I'd suggest looking elsewhere...
UPDATE - 6 days later and promises of the missing glasses being resolved still nothing.
