Wow! This place has excellent range, price and stock levels. All the 1-3 star reviews are senseless and lack any common sense!! The truck drivers who complain about that it takes too long to off load need to find another job. The shop keepers who complain about that the queues are too long should go and have a look in Booker (And pay more!) The negative comments towards staff??? In my opinion they all looked as though they were working and doing a good job!! If you speak to them with respect they will give you respect!!
The management and staff were miserable??? 😭😭😂😂 before you complain about their attitude take a look at your face in the mirror in the morning?

Excellent stock availability even during the pandemic & extremely competitive prices!! That’s why there need for a DHAMECHA IN THE MAJOR CITIES. IF THEY TURNOVER A BILLION £ in LONDON & HOME COUNTIES REST OF THE COUNTRY BECKONS. NEED THE LOHANAS IN REST OF THE COUNTRY FOR GOODNESS SAKE!!!

Visited multiple Dhamechas across the UK & I have to say, this dhamecha is definitely the worse one. Organisation levels are close to none and it’s always understaffed.

Car parking is ridiculous, people park across two bays, even horizontally sometimes.

Staff are nice however there are some ignorant burnt out staff. Supervisor (elderly man) has an issue with his back & only scans the products if you turn the barcode up which I find assuming but also ridiculous.

Such a brilliant company as a whole but this location is one to avoid. Something needs to be done regarding staff. There’s 15 tills & only 4-7 are being used. Always a massive build up of trolleys leaving you no room to even walk to past & also causing a massive health and safety concern.

Hopefully this review urges some well needed changes.

Friendly staffs but that doesn’t mean the atmosphere is good. Pls try to clear the trolley bays. There’s lack of room for us to move around the isles.

Waited 2 Hrs before getting unloaded each trailer takes over 1 hour to tip and check. If there's 3 Infront of you expect to be here over 5 hourt

Staff are very helpful and always try their best to help out. The office staff went the extra mile and sorted out my track and trace which has been a problem. Its the most organised Cash and Carry and I have never had to wait like other cash and carrys.
