Costco Hayes

The place is huge, mega warehouse! Anything you need, they got it. The bakery items definitely stand out and are AMAZING! You can buy most of the stuff in bulk only (cheaper than other stores). The parking is adequate. Be prepared to meet a long queue at the check out.

Excellent Store for variety of things clothing electronics Eatables etc etc

Massive store with variety of stuff, shelves are always full.

Meat: different varities of meat including, lamb, mutton, chicken amd pork available (no halal meat)
Clothes section got different brands including nike and adidas, mostly are jackets, toruser and hoodies etc

Different varities of frozen food also available.

Overall great place to do monthly shopping.

Cons:
Ocasionaly fruits and vegetables are more expensive then other stores.

Btw huge parking space is available and free.

If you want to get food poisoning buy costco chicken🙄and is the best way to waste £4.75 Whoever is in charge of cooking this chicken should be fired you are putting your customers at risk and out of money and no lunch

Rude lady Sangita promoting shaving equipment to a bearded Sikh. Spoke to Adam manager his response you could be buying for a gift. Spoke to Richard he said I can't tell if your a Sikh. I think staff need basic knowledge in religion. And these reps need some knowledge.

I’ve been a member of Costco Hayes since 2015 and it has always been a good place to purchase products in larger size or quantities and for good value. There is always new products along with the standard stable items. However, not all items are a deal and can be found cheaper elsewhere but overall most products are priced very well and the quality are premium. Individual member prices in 2023 are £33.60 (VAT included) or you can opt for the Individual Executive priced at £74.40
Personally if you shop a lot there and take family members and friends then it’s worth getting the executive membership as you will quickly recoup the membership cost.

Overall, the Hayes branch gets very busy especially on weekends compared to other locations in London and other cities.

Cafeteria is one of the better Costco cafeteria in regard to service. Food was excellent value, hot food was hot, gelato was very flavorful. This is also my wife's favourite Costco cafeteria in the UK to date.

Unfortunately Costco has become a little expensive now. There is a few items u can save on. But if you do homework properly you can get same price or alot cheaper elsewhere. Problem is that they are so busy, you think is it worth all the hassle. I know what is cheaper and buy that. Lots of people fill up trolleys with stuff that can be found cheaper elsewhere or things they don't need. Last 3 times no toilet rolls, stop doing 3kg sugar. List goes on. It's not the same thing no more.
