Wide range of products and fast service,

8am go time to go, store and carpark empty. Don't go on Saturday, manic in store and long queues.

Customer service was very helpful.
Polite and friendly.
The store was clean.
Floor staff is very friendly and supportive in helping with Customer enquiries

Staff unhelpful and rude. Looking to purchase some Christmas hampers and when i asked if any were in stoke, i was bluntly told "no" and i followed up with would any further stock be coming in I was then given the advice "others bought theirs earlier and I should have planned my Christmas shopping". I appreciate things are a little stressed this year but it is still November...

I wanted to check out the opening times for this morning and came across these reviews.

Then I was reminded of my first visit, mid-February ‘21, to this site since Makro closed. It wasn’t great.

The car park is too small which was not helped by the traders’ vans being badly parked. The aisles are very narrow - it can be a struggle when two trolleys meet.

A lot of my usual items of purchase, when it was Makro, were no longer available which was a bitter blow to me.

Social distancing was impossible. You queued to have your items scanned, then temporarily abandoned your trolley to go and queue again to pay for your items. All of this happened in the vicinity of the exit. Congestion is the word that comes to mind!

I’ve given this review two stars as I was greeted by two of the former Makro staff when I arrived which was a nice touch.

I’m glad I came across the other reviews....don’t think I can face going back there this morning....if ever again!

It was nice and easy, the staff were efficient, not much parking space, but still enough for some cars, the amount of stuff there have there is good and you can find most stuff that you are looking for. Overall, good store

After the renovation everything looks great. Same friendly and helpful staff and hard working manager.
