Costco Chester

Timed it just right so did not need to queue up. Bought all my regular items- rump steak, diet coke, sparkling water and cleaning products. Such great value and the staff always friendly- only the odd one isn't quite my "cup of tea" so I don't go to them. Love smiley people 😀not grumpy ones.😐

Chester's Costco, situated at the western terminus of the M56 on Dunkirk Trading Estate, has been open for 16 years at time of writing. Costco is a consumer's palace, and despite heavy regular footfall aided by excellent road transport links servicing Chester and the Wirral, the store presents itself cleanly. Great parking, mind-boggling choice, cheerful and satisfactory cafeteria and good accessibility/amenities - Costco provides a great experience for members.

Great for some bits,not others,but it is what it is, can sometimes get very busy and as for fuel,either go early or go late don't go during the week around 3pm because you'll be stranded waiting and may as well get a brew whilst you wait in the queue

Went today to sort out my membership card and with 2 lines waiting to be seen and spending 5-10 waiting to be seen to, we were told we'd have to join the back of the other queue. After waiting so long and about another load of customers joining that queue After we arrived I think customer service isn't working. They should have a proper waiting line clearly defined and not adhoc as it is today. Needless to say I wasn't willing to wait a further 10-15 minutes for me to get to the front of the other queue. Extremely poor customer service.

Love shopping at Costco, always say I'm not spending much, just what we need, end up coming out with loads plus a load of bargains lol 😆 budget goes out the window, just wish we had one in Biddulph great place for members to shop.

Having used Costco for many years, it is sad to say that it no longer is worthy of a fair journey to bulk shop here. For example toilet rolls have increased in price drastically aswell as other essentials Unfortunately.Greed will be the downfall of such companies if you are increasing prices
and asking for a joining fee. Please listen to your customers.

Normal service was not available due to the ordering pod being out of action. It was damaged by an irresponsible truck driver. Coffee still as good as ever but service slower due to the above. They need to fix it quickly.

Imagine a supermarket on steroids. You can pretty much buy anything here from fuel to shampoo, cake to jewellery. Fuel prices are cheaper than anywhere else and bakery is well worth a try. A lot of things are sold in bulk though.
