Stay away fruther from this company we have read other reviews saying how bad it is but we also had first hand experience now. We in June 2020 i ordered a jumper sized L however made a mistake with the wrong colour i thought that was my fault ill just buy the correct one this time however once we bought it, it arrived wrong size it was most likely an XL and messaged them with email to ask to downsize they swapped it like i asked but at the end of june i recived said downsize however the sleeves where still gianormous and were 6cm larger than my other L jumper and my son looked like batman with the oversized jumper i contacted them again but they asked us to send measurments we sent them the measurements and show the difference in size to the correct one and then in the end AYNSLEY THORBURN Senior Sales coordinator said and i quote " think its hard to compare the one you have to the old one as it will of washed in." even tho it was a brand new sweater i ordered litterally weeks jus before and now they are ignoring our messages and not refunding us or giving us the correct size jumper

For as long as I can remember, I had a problem buying well-fitting school pants for my son because he is slim and tall. For three years, I started buying trousers in the BE store, and I was delighted with how well they fit, the material's quality, and the customer service. Trousers are more expensive than supermarkets but well worth the price.

Unfortunately, this year I ordered trousers at the beginning of July and got the wrong model. The staff made every effort to fix it, but it turned out that the manufacturer made changes to the sizes, and therefore there is confusion. The team compared the size charts of other manufacturers and ordered pants in the right size, I was warned to be patient. I was patient; passing the store I entered several times to ask if my order was already available because the children returned to school a few weeks ago. Today is ten weeks, and I still haven't received my pants. I believe it is not the fault of the BE shop staff but the producers, but I am starting to feel frustrated because nobody contacts me, and I don't know when my order will be delivered.

Absolutely diabolical ordered 29th July 1 week before the deadline for British schools. Heard nothing all summer decided to chase it can’t get through on the phone, emailed waited more than 3 days for a reply to be told ‘should’ be out end of the week still nothing the day before they go back. Customer service is disgusting. Quite happy to take your money and push for you to but before the deadline but don’t keep up there side of the deal by having them here before school starts.

Easy to order, I selected to collect from the Wishaw branch. Staff were friendly and helpful. Quality of the clothes is great, all round a great experience.. 5 stars from me.

Awful company, they take the money for uniforms then after weeks of waiting they blame COVID, supply issues and staff shortages and no admin staff to answer queries either. After I enquired how much longer it would take they cancelled my order after 4 weeks of waiting. Very rude, unprofessional and I’ve been left without uniforms.

Excellent local company. Efficient online ordering system, backed up by super helpful team at the shop. Happy to recommend to others :-)
