Makro Queensferry

This place is o.k. I've purchased workwear, toiletries, stationery, food and drinks from Makro. The quality of the items are pretty standard, not amazing but not poor. Some sections have better quality stuff than others, for example the tool section isn't as vast as there food selection. I will be going back because the prices are reasonable.

Helpful staff but don't use the store so much as we used to following their repostioning of the business towards wholesale - rather than a discount general goods store. Still good for bulk herbs, spices and indian sauces which are about the only bulk items we buy now.
We used to buy a lot of meat from them but they seem to stock less Welsh/British produce now - in favour of Aussie/NZ and S American meat.
Fish counter is often v good but need to order.

Really gone down hill since bookers taken over. Limited choice and not the cheapest on most wet stocks now. Opening times don't help my business anymore, infact the whole set up is not there to help grow a business anymore. Not so long ago Makro would give so much help, ideas and support with your business and would treat loyal customers very well! But not anymore. Love the staff there, they can only work with what they're given. Shame, the Bookers mediocrity shining through.

I visit this store several times a week as well as getting deliveries. The store is well stocked, I no longer need a map to find items, as they changed the stock around, so we the customer can find what we are looking for easier. What a great store.
The team their are marvellous from the managers to all the floor staff, and of course the delivery staff.
Now that Tesco as taken over Makro and Booker I hope every thing will get better and save us the customer some cash.
I would like to see like Booker an automated system when visiting the store, which opens my account when I arrive.

I love to buy seafood over here. very reasonable prices.

Great store to visit and the staff are always friendly and helpful, doesn’t sell as much as it did but still worth visiting.

Used to work here, very good shop and great job. Wish I stayed here but moved to Manchester

Closing at 5pm! Yeah because night time business don't need a whole sale place to go!! Absolute joke of a time to close!!!!
