Beth at Wills Wigs was so welcoming, attentive, super friendly and knowledgeable. Immediately, we were made to feel at ease! The premises felt professional, comfortable and having private rooms to try the wigs on made the experience must easier to handle. When you are losing your hair to cancer its a battle but to be able to walk out of Wills Wigs with a comfortable, stylish new head of hair is the best feeling ever! Thank you to the whole team but especially Beth who made my wife feel herself again!

I couldn't begin to recommend wills wigs highly enough. Beth made what was one of the most dreaded days for my mother an absolute wonderful experience. Everything was immaculately clean, COVID safe with masks and sanitiser, and plenty of time dedicated to just us in the room- it almost felt like a spa treatment! Beth gave us her full attention, gave us great recommendations (she is a wonder at knowing exactly what style and colour would suit you) and matched everything on budget. She was so friendly and put us completely at ease as we giggled through the couple of hours. Would also really recommend the wig cap (£5) and the wig protection pack to make sure it keeps well maintained for at least a year. Mum can't wait for her hair to grow back of course, but she looks great now!

Wasn't looking forward to going as I'm in middle of chemo and this was one part of it ,I didn't want to accept.
The lady ( Lorraine) was wonderful, patient,kind and very helpful.
She went out of her way even phoning Germany while we was there, quick service and made to feel at ease , would recommend to anyone.

Really positive experience at Wills Wigs and with Beth in particular. She's a really lovely and kind lady, who turned the wig-buying experience from a dread to actually quite fun. I've come away with a lovely wig that I know I feel confident in, should the worst happen to my hair during chemotherapy treatment. Lots of advice on wig care without being pushy at all. I bought the care kit and brush and also some bandanas they had on show as they're really funky. Thank you so much!

I received a really helpful experience at willswigs, I cannot recall the ladies name who listened and styled my topper to my requirements. Any hairloss can be daunting but I left the salon with a big smile and a happy customer

Great service from Pauline who was friendly and extremely helpful. After trying on a number of wigs Pauline suggested the perfect one for me and ordered it in 'my colour'. Love it! She also gave loads of advice on after-care. All in all, a pleasurable experience at a difficult time.

I'm about to embark upon Chemotherapy and was informed about Wills Wigs to get a wig fitted from the QE Hospital. Appointment was booked for the following day. All I can say is what an amazing, friendly, helpful, clean and efficient place this is. The wig fitting is done in a separate room. Nothing was too much trouble. Tried a few Wigs on and couldn't of asked for anymore help. The whole Appointment was so easy and has really relaxed me. We found the perfect wig and fantastic advice given regarding care of the wig. Extra things were suggested for comfort and Nothing was pushed on to me to buy. Left there feeling very happy and the wig is amazing. Thank you all so very much for a fantastic Appointment 😊 xx

I have been preparing for what might come via Chemotherapy treatment, hence I decided to visit Wills Wigs in Bromsgrove. Having visited a very poor local venue near to myself in Shropshire, I cannot recommend this service highly enough.
Georgie was a true professional, who as a qualified hairdresser treated me with the respect of a hairdressing client, rather than patient. She listened to my needs as best I knew them because this is new ground, but she also raised new thoughts and ideas to me and these proved the most successful to my needs. I felt no pressure just very good support and information about a topic new to me. It was really interesting to try on wigs and see your face change, like an instant hair style. It's hard to face this illness many of us have to suffer, but having very excellent experiences changes your perceptions. In a room private to you with loads of wig choices offered, no pressure of time, lovely bright room and good light, positive mirror facilities and then a really positive Georgie to support you does it get any better. I am so pleased with my choices and my husband was able to be there to.
