I love my wig! It's better than my old hair!
I sometime find myself wanting to tell strangers and friends who don't know I've lost my hair that in wearing a wig, as I love the look on their faces when I tell them. Even my nurse, who sees wigs every day, didn't realise that I had lost my hair and was shocked when I told her. A hairdresser friend kept touching it and saying "I just can't believe it!"
I no longer feel ashamed and embarrassed by my hair loss. In fact, I feel confident and almost want to show it off a bit.
Amy is truly talented, and so professional. She instantly made me feel relaxed and was really helpful in answering all my questions.
My wig was worth every penny and I couldn't recommend Amiwigs highly enough.

I was very nervous visiting AmiWigs because it was so difficult for me to discuss my hair loss. Amy made me feel comfortable, she is a kind and considerate person.

I have been very pleased with the process. My wiglet is a perfect match for my hair, and I might point out I am a hard judge.

I give a very high recommendation to AmiWigs.

Amy is a person of great morals, professional and cares about her customers. Perhaps Shannon's comments come from a place of misplaced high opinions of herself.
I can personally vouch for Amy, I have watched all the care and professionalism she has poured into her business which she started from a want to help others.

I ve seen Amy s company grow from day one - she s highly dedicated to those who value and need her expertise - I happen to have seen her work evolve by her sheer determination and I also happen to know that this is likely to have been instigated by her losing a close family member to cancer. Slanderous comments made are usually a reflection of the person who made them !

I now have 2 beautiful wigs from Amiwigs. They are so comfortable and natural looking. I feel confident to get on with my life knowing that Amy and her team are there to provide me with an excellent service. A bespoke wig is expensive but I think they are worth it as the hair is excellent quality and my first one is still looking beautiful after nearly a year of daily wear. They can be repaired and hair added as needed. I also like the fact that they are made in the UK.The wigs are also very breathable and light. The photos are both of my first wig, after a colour service from Amy.

I’ve been seeing Amy for 8 years. I’ve bought bespoke wigs, had repairs done and had my wigs cut to my style. No one can tell I’m wearing a wig. She’s been so supportive though my hair loss journey and made me feel comfortable when I’ve visited her. She incredibly talented to the art of wig making. Thank you Amy. You’re the best x

The most beautiful wig, a piece of true craftmanship – Amiwigs is simply amazing! When the wig arrived, my sister was so excited and I felt overwhelmed and so very grateful that I found Amy. My sister was diagnosed with Stage 4 Lymphoma whilst COVID was raging around us. The wig is part of a miracle - no matter how ill she feels on the inside, when she puts the wig on, she feels like her old self again and even the old sparkle is back in her eyes.

I live in the UK, but my sister lives abroad and we were all in total lockdown at the time, hence Amy had to do everything remotely - from the very first consultation and taking the measurements right through to doing the fitting and explaining how to care for the wig. I still don’t know how she did it, but Amy managed it all, including our emotions, so skilfully and made us feel that my sister’s wig was as important to her as it was for us. The wig is so true to life you can’t imagine it is not her own hair. Amy blended natural hair from different colours when weaving the wig to create natural highlights and she cut it in a lovely style that is very complementary to my sister’s facial shape – it turned out to be just perfect! Plus easy to care for and to wear even if you have a sensitive scalp due to chemo.

I cannot recommend Amy highly enough, not only for what she does, but also for the way in which she does it. I wish I could introduce every person that struggles with hair loss, for whatever reason, to Amy as I know you won’t ever regret meeting her.
