Visited the salon, being very unsure about having a wig fitted but welcomed warmly by the ladies even though I was early for my appointment. Was shown several wigs but the first product was the one that suited me best. As the temperature was above 30 degrees, the staff even went so far as to cool me down. My whole family are beyond happy with everything. I am very grateful to the ladies for their help and compassion. Thank you so much.

A very warm and welcoming experience. Such a laid back environment to try on wigs in what may be a stressful time for some. You are made to feel at ease instantly and can even have a bit of fun experimenting with a good selection of wigs! My mum left the shop looking very stylish, wearing her new wig 😍 Thanks ladies xx

Visited the salon a few days ago. Have to say the experience was wonderful, I was made to feel special and appreciated the time the spent making me feel good. Left there with 2 hair pieces and recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much linda Henry.

After my visit today, I would give 6 stars if I could. Losing my hair is something I never thought would happen and when it did I felt devastated, frightened and didn't know what to do.
Thank goodness I found Salon Wills. At my first appointment I didn't know what to expect and was struck by how lovely and genuinely helpful the staff are. I felt completely at ease and realised it's not the end of the world, there are lots of people experiencing the same thing for a variety of different reasons and I'm not alone.
After my second visit I found a wig that was very similar to my own hair style before I started losing it and after it was given a slight trim it looked like 'me' again.
I can wholeheartedly recommend Salon Wills and all of the amazing staff who provide an excellent service.

First appointment today at Wills wigs and wow, how wonderful it was. Sarah fitted me in as I have my sons Graduation next week and suffer from Alopecia. She was so kind whilst arranging the appointment as I was quite nervous, I struggle with my appearance but instantly she made me feel so comfortable. Sarah had a really good idea as to what suited me and her colleague cut and styled to finish the look. I felt overwhelmed with happiness leaving the salon with my new wig on. I actually bought two as they were such good quality and affordable. I received lots of advice on caring for the wigs which has educated me in keeping my wigs in good condition. 100% happy and would highly recommend, thank you both for your kindness and just the overall experience, will see you in 6 months. Amazing service. I was so nervous but the girls put my nerves at ease within mins. It was a great experience trying on different styles and seeing what suited me. I left feeling so confident I'd picked the right style, I didn't even take the wig off. The girls provided me with the knowledge how to correctly wear the wig and maintain the wig. It was good to know if I had any problems I could just call in, or give them a call. They'd be happy to help. Great service, great girls, great wigs.

I visited Salon Willis yesterday. I was feeling very nervous about it but from the moment I stepped through the door I felt completely at ease. I have never met such lovely ladies in all my life so kind warm and friendly. Sarah found me a wig that I absolutely love. They helped me to think more positively about the whole experience as well I left the salon feeling full of happiness and positivity about my hair something which I hadn't felt in 18 years. I honestly couldn't recommend them more. Yes you can buy a wig anywhere but what made this experience so amazing were the wonderful ladies who work here. I would recommend this place to anyone who is considering getting a wig.

I cannot recommend Salon Wills highly enough. If I could give 10 stars I would. My hair started to part company with my scalp on Saturday after just one chemo session and with having used the cold cap to try to keep it so I drove from Monmouth to Cardiff to get a wig for when I decide to brave the shave. What I didn't do was to make an appointment. When I arrived, the staff were so sympathetic and lovely, they checked their schedule and said they could fit me in due to 2 no- shows that day and to come back in 30 minutes. When I went back, they had completely sanitised from the previous client, they had already chosen some wigs for me having gauged my hair style and colour and they were absolutely awesome, kind, funny, sympathetic, chatty - everything I needed to help me through. They were also spot on with their recommendation. Thank you so much Alyson and Sarah for your brilliant human touch and great service. Highly, highly recommended.
