Bryn has cleaned my windows for over 5 years. I have been very satisfied with his service from the quality of his work, value for money to his customer care. As a result I recommended him to 2 of my neighbours who have kept with him as they are equally pleased with the service they receive.

I had arranged a whole house window clean, inside and out for 8am in the morning. I waited from 7am for his arrival, after a run of night shifts I got up especially early to get everything ready but I found a card at my door at 8 minutes past 8. He had been and gone. I had not heard the doorbell and, despite having my mobile number, did not attempt to call me or text me that he was there. When I called him he said, 'I went on to my next job, I am very busy'. He would have spent at least an hour or two doing my windows but his next job was somehow immediate!
I do not recommend someone who is so unprofessional and doesn't seem to care about other people's time.

Bryn at BP Cleaning was great. Will be using again! I'd recommend to anyone for window cleaning in Welwyn Garden City

Known Bryn since school, honest and reliable and does a great job at a great price

Mr BP left dirt on the actual gutters and floor so it looked worse after the work was done. He could have wiped it off with a rag! Also he stated he cleaned the front gutters but didn't see him go up the ladder to even check. I not recommend this service.
