Asked for a quotation a month ago for a glass balustrade for my decking area. The man I spoke to did a drawing based on my measurements. I am still waiting . Called in today they have no record of my request.

Really poor customer service. Purchased some UPVC windows from Camel and when installing found the handles damaged, locks positioned incorrectly and missing security bolts. They would not come out and inspect and felt that because they supplied only the windows that they did not have any responsibility and just blamed the manufacturer or tried to say it was the installer even though all the problems were with how they were made. The manufacture does not seem to want to take responsibility either. As i bought them from Camel it is ultimately their responsibility, so will be pursuing it further with them. I have purchased windows etc from Camel in the past and have had no real problems but will think twice about doing so or recommending them again depending on how this ends up.

I have been asked to edit my review which I am happy to do. I am pleased to say that two fitters from Camel came to my property a couple of days ago ( 13.12.22) and carried out all the repairs etc in a visit that took about 1 hour, so I now have windows that operate properly and look great, so thankyou for sorting out the problems.
It is just a shame that it took so long, I had to fight so hard and involve people above Branch level for what ended up being a 1 hour visit.
