The windows appear to be of good quality and are well fitted. I only had to wait a couple of week from ordering for the windows to be installed. AP Glazing were the least expensive quote and in my opinion their product represents good value for money. Overall I am very pleased with the service and product provided.

Reasonable price. Very good customer service. I had six windows and a front door fitted in one day. Fitters we’re polite and tidy. I highly recommend this company. Excellent value for money.

We had a few ups and downs along the way. But Pav did a great job of sorting the downs out and responded quickly to things that needed sorting. The windows and conservatory are great and I can’t wait to use them. Gill, the conservatory man was amazing and clearly took pride in his work.

I recently had a French door and bedroom window fitted and I am delighted with the result, both door and window are really good quality. Naresh. who came to see me originally was an absolute gentleman and everyone I dealt with were polite. friendly and efficient. The whole process has gone seamlessly and I will certainly use them again for any further replacements. I really couldn't be more pleased.

I can't believe i had gone with this company to do all my windows and doors I'm totally gutted they've ruined my home. They have made the house colder. I've made complaints and they won't reply to messages or answers calls. I have a vulnerable 3yrs old in the house. The weather is awful at the minute and they just don't care. There's gaps in all the windows and doors the heat escapes it's so bad. Even my nose is so cold even with extra clothes on. We are wasting so much money in gas that's just escaping out the windows and doors. They won't send us a Sensa certificate either. The job was completed Oct 2022 and it's December 2022

I believe good work needs recommendation as people can be too quick to leave negative feedback for the slightest thing.
Mac visited me and gave me various options and prices.
No pushy sales techniques, I made my choice and gave the deposit.
After about 4-6 weeks the two fitters arrived, took about 4 days and explained each day what they were doing and was happening the next day.

We thought about getting a Conservatory from the beginning of 2021. At this point, we decided to get a average of 3 quotes.
We then looked at the pro's and cons with the 3 quotes. After speaking to them all, we found that AP Glazing were the right choice for our project. The reason I say this is because they were professional,they explained how the project will be conducted from start to finish. We had the brick work conducted first, and was produced on a excellent finish.
AP Glazing then liased with a specialised glass company for the roofing and managed to get it to fit perfectly as we had a awkward angle ajacient to our garage.
We also received a CAD drawing of the whole project which was very helpful so we would see how it would look.
The final part of the project was the Electrician's who fitted the sockets and lights. Again the guys did a great job and were very tidy and conducted the job in a very professional manner.
I would recommend AP glazing to my friends and family as I thought they did a great job.
I'm sure anyone looking at these pictures would be happy in the end result of our project.

Sales guy Naresh came and gave us a quote for brand new conservatory from AP Glazing (Oldbury) Ltd due to the pandemic we did experience some delays but Pav keep us up to date with everything. Brick workers, installation guys and electricians very friendly, professional and did a good job. Word of advice do not try to cut the corners and book another unrelated to AP Glazing job through sale and speak to admin team. I am very happy with the finished work of our conservatory and happy that my family can enjoy conservatory during lockdown and in the summer. We will definitely recommend this company and use them in the future again. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you.
