Good quality product, bought black out blinds, easy to follow instructions and fit.
Looks very good.
Better fit than buying cheaper non Fakro equivalents, making these products much better value for money.

Used these guys on recommendation from a roofer and I have to say their Fakro windows are really good quality. Roofer said they were easier to install and really good quality for the price! and he was in and out within half a day and they do an unbelievable amount of blind choices. Would definitely recommend.

Purchased lining for loft ladder. Sent photos of curvature on two lengths to be informed that they were acceptable and could be straightened when fixed. The nature of the curve on one length would make this difficult. I was told to seek advice from the technical dept.

Given the price (£37) for 4 pieces of pine, the standard should be better. Any return would incur a 25% charge and a repacking levy of £25, making it uneconomic. This mirrors comments elsewhere.

The Fakro ladder is excellent, the architrave falls short of acceptable standards, the return policy out of step with widely accepted practice and the attitude of the company is unhelpful

Ordered a loft ladder and been very pleased. Easy to install and good design. I would definitely recommend this product

Customer service lacking to sort out our wrong shipment. If you order Velux you want Velux !! Not a GENERIC make.

Window excellent quality customer service good. Instructions that came with the window could do with a lot of improvement as they were very vague and confusing but we got there in the end.

I don't know where to begin. Accepted my order of a product that they didn't make any more - took me a month of waiting and several emails to find this out. I chose an alternative which eventually came and I had a problem fitting it and I made them aware of this inside of the return period but it took them so long to respond to emails, by the time I got the answer, it'd passed the return period and they refused to take them back. Avoid this company at all costs - use an alternative. You've been warned!
