I called ahead they told me to bring it at 9 I asked if It could be Ann later so we agreed on 10 o'clock. I called again today to let him know I was on my way and they said they've got another car in and that I'd have to wait 3 hours. They are let downs gave my appointment to someone else was not apologetic not even a little bit and tried lying to me. DO NOT USE!

Cowboy's. Looked great upon collecting the car but further inspection at home showed poorly misalignment of tint and there was a sticker on the rear window which the dealer stuck on however these guys were too lazy to remove glue residue properly and applied the tint straight over.

I got my car back when it was raining and was initially happy with the results, Until the next day when i noticed white marks over the passenger window on my Audi A4, On closer inspection they are deep chips, almost like stone chips.. These chips were 1000% not there when i took the vehicle in to get tinted, I am very meticulous with my cars, and i wash them at least twice a week, I would of without a shadow of a doubt noticed these chips either when looking out the window, or cleaning the car.. When i contacted Valu i was told there were no marks on the window when it left them.. But, i actually took a picture when i first collected the car, outside there garage (see pictures) and you can see the white chip marks on there in that picture. They told me its "impossible" for them to have chipped my window.. and they are used to working on "200k cars", which may be true, however i think its too much of a coincidence that i take my car into somewhere where the window is removed, and then it comes back with chip marks yet it wasnt them? They hung up the phone on me when i complained.. told me they "dont care" and there defence was come to the garage and we will show you how we tint windows... But the long and short of this story is my car went in with no damage and come out with chips on a piece of glass they had removed. I now have to replace the glass, and get that piece of glass re-tinted by another firm, so will be going through the small claims court.. see images for damage, I also personally know someone who has had their vehicle tinted here and he told me when he went there was only one person there, when i went there was two, so maybe the new guy damaged my glass and didnt want to tell his boss? who knows.. be aware, if you want to use this place check for damage before and after your car goes in and take pictures for evidence.

We had the rear windows and tailgate tinted and there were no issues at all. Pleasant and polite team from the the first moment to the last. Would recommend.

Had my BMW 3 series tinted by these guys about a week ago and it was great. Very friendly guys and reasonably priced too. Highly recommend
