Considering size of the kitchen food is on the whole good and not far off pricewise the other sit down joints next to it. Been a few times and appreciate it's more of a prosecco & cocktail place and whilst they look nice I've never bothered. Staff always friendly and courteous.

We stood at the bar for about 10 mimutes. Being the only ones needing to be served I felt a little hard done too. Tho we waited. Then a few people came sat down and were served within about 1 minute. There were 4 members of staff. Clearly only 2 were serving but as we only wanted drinks this shouldn't have been difficult. They walked up and down the bar, Ignoring us. It was at this stage we just stood up and walked off, after the people who came easily 10 minites after ua got served. I would advise against trying to buy a drink here. Appalling service. Cant comment on the drinks as we didnt manage to get served.

Good products but distracted staff. Waited ages to be served while staff chatted. Cleared previous customer's glass but not the serviette. Clearly thought I was the same person... For the price I would expect glass wear to be polished

I don’t mind paying £18 for a champagne breakfast but when you sit down and feel ignored then wait ages for some attention! Service really lacking in this place. Staff not very attentive.

Delicious food.. I chose Croque De La Mer. . Staff very polite and attentive. Served very fast. Completely recommended. It's not expensive. And they dont serve only cooktails or alcohol. I asked for my typical English Breakfast Tea and its was lovely. Totally recommended.

Great service and considering the size, a great selection of drinks and seafood. I would certainly return if flying from Stanstead again.

Have come back! Just as good the second time around.

One member of staff in particular was rude to my husband after he asked for a beer in February, we come here every time we travel for a beer and a wine have been having breakfast and wine every morning when we travel, train your staff to deal with customers and not be rude. It's not one of your male staff and female actuality who was quite rude. Customer service is important and essential to the growth of stansted airport.
It's expensive to eat and drink here but but revolting to be spoken rudely and crudely. Teach your staff to be polite

Stansted is a very high volume airport and most restaurants are packed.

Halo is situated at one end of the waiting area and probably because of price is less busy then anywhere else.

Seafood and champagne is the main offering but it is possible to get coffee and a breakfast Sandwich all day.

Service is friendly and efficient and the food good.

If you are not headed to a lounge, this is a good alternative

Best seating is the semicircle are opposite the bar which is quieter than most of the other areas.
