Tucked away in the corner and downstairs this is an alright pub. Good food and good beers with friendly staff.

Very nice atmosphere. The place is cosy and affordable. We spent a lovely time.
We would just have appreciated that the waiter don't ask out on a date my girlfriend when I was in the restroom.
She took it as a compliment but was mostly embarrassed.
We will just never come back to avoid this kind of situation.

I was surprised to find that two glasses of wine cost nearly £32!
No wonder the place was empty!
Very expensive and no atmosphere!

Amazing assortment of spirits and drinks available, as well as a surprising amount of seating available, as well as even more cosy tables hidden away.

Only downside was that it can get quite stuffy & warm (being underground and all), but once the staff turn on the site conditioning it becomes very comfortable.

The drinks were way too expensive but the waiters were very welcoming. The ambience was also really nice.

Awful, slow service and ran out of beer completely on Wednesday evening. Tiny inside with no atmosphere and the most expensive peanuts and crisps I've ever seen.

Great venue, old Victorian wine cellar vibes. Really innovative cocktail menu and warm and great staff. Really lives up to the name bolthole as you can literally descend into the venue and time just rolls on by. Nice little simple menu that is perfect for a lunch stop off as well as great wines
